Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the FieldMark mobile application (“FieldMark,” “the app,” “we,” “us”), published by Zivry LLC, handles your information. By using FieldMark, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. FieldMark has no user accounts, no login, and no backend servers that receive your data. Everything you create in the app is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device, including:
- Photos you capture or import, and their annotated copies
- Descriptions, tags, project names, and location labels you enter
- Photo metadata such as capture date/time and GPS coordinates (see below)
This information stays on your device. We have no ability to see it, access it, or retrieve it.
Device permissions
- Camera — used only to take photos within the app.
- Location (GPS) — if you grant it, the coordinates where a photo was taken are written into that photo’s on-device metadata (EXIF). This is optional; you can deny location and still use the app. Location data is never transmitted to us or any third party.
- Photos / storage — used to import existing photos and to save exported files where you choose.
Permissions are used solely to provide the app’s core features. You can review or revoke them at any time in your device settings.
Network use
FieldMark works fully offline. The only time it uses the network is to process the optional one-time “Pro” purchase through Google Play Billing. That transaction is handled entirely by Google; we do not receive or store your payment card details. Google’s handling of that purchase is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics, tracking, and ads
FieldMark contains no analytics, no tracking technologies, no advertising, and no third-party data-collection SDKs.
Sharing your data
When you choose to share or export a photo or PDF report, it leaves the app through the destination you select (for example a messaging app, email, or cloud storage). At that point the file is handled by that app or service under its own privacy terms. FieldMark itself does not upload or transmit your content.
Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. You can delete individual photos or projects within the app, and uninstalling FieldMark removes all of its stored data from your device.
Children’s privacy
FieldMark is intended for professional and general use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
